What we do
Typical engagement
4 – 16 weeks. Starts with a 2-week discovery and a written architecture brief; delivery in fortnightly milestones with a live demo at the end of each.
Best for
Teams that know AI should be part of their product but haven't found a partner who can engineer it past a demo.
Track 2
Full web and mobile builds in the modern stack we use internally — Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, and Postgres. No agency hand-offs to junior teams.

Typical engagement
6 – 24 weeks. Fixed scope or time-and-materials. Source code is yours from day one — pushed to your GitHub, not ours.
Best for
Founders shipping a v1, product teams needing extra senior bandwidth for a quarter, or operators replacing a legacy system without downtime.
Track 3
Discovery, scoping, and delivery planning. We help you decide what to build before we help you build it — so you don't waste a quarter on the wrong thing.

Typical engagement
2 – 6 weeks. Output is a written brief + roadmap + estimated budget. Optional: a working prototype that proves the riskiest assumption.
Best for
Founders pre-build, CTOs deciding whether to refactor or rebuild, and teams that have hired a vendor before and felt the scope drift.

Same process whether the engagement is a 2-week strategy sprint or a 6-month build.

Two weeks talking to your team and users. We come back with a written brief: what we'll build, what we won't, what we're betting on.

Fixed scope or time-and-materials, your call. Milestone-based payment so you only release the next tranche when the previous one ships.

Two-week sprints. Live demo at the end of every sprint. Your team has access to our GitHub from day one — there's no hidden codebase.

Production deploy, monitoring set up, and a written runbook your team can follow. We're available for 30 days post-launch at no extra cost.

Once it's running, you decide. Some clients take the code and run it themselves. Others keep us on retainer for ongoing development.
Engagement models
We're flexible on structure — what we won't flex on is staffing it with the senior engineers we promised.
You know what you want built. We agree the scope, the price, and the timeline up front. Best for greenfield projects with a clear v1.
Milestone-based — 4 or 5 tranches across the project.
You have a moving target or want flexibility. We bill weekly against an agreed rate card. Best for evolving products or quarterly engagements.
Weekly invoicing, monthly true-up.
One of our senior engineers joins your team for a defined block — usually a quarter — works in your tooling, attends your standups. You manage their week.
Monthly retainer.
Short, fixed engagement: 2 – 6 weeks of discovery + scoping. Output is a written brief and budget you can use with any vendor, including us.
Fixed fee, paid 50/50 at start and end.
